Today we broke ground on the prestigious new development in Abbey Quarter, located in the town of Kilkenny. The breaking ground ceremony was attended by Eoin Murphy, the Minister of Housing and the Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar. The renovation will accommodates offices, education and research and development spaces.
The project consists of the construction of a detached two-storey
primary care centre with all associated
site services, boundaries and landscaping. It is of cavity wall construction with precast concrete first floor
and stairs and metal and timber roof structures.
