Description:
The former social protection offices had been vacant for some time before the start of refurbishment works. The interior was completely stripped and demolished to allow for the new design by Martin Murray Architects. All mechanical and electrical systems were replaced, new ventilation, upgraded data, fire systems and building management systems were installed. The offices, toilets and canteen were completely re-done with new materials. The exterior was freshened up with paint, signage, automatic gates and cameras.
