Description: The project involved the complete demolition of two buildings on a very busy square in Wexford town, with the stripping out and complete refurbishment of two adjacent properties.
The primary care centre was 3 storeys with over 1,300m2 of space within the newly constructed building and two historic buildings.
The ground floor consisted of the pharmacy, O’Brien’s Coffee Shop and souvenir shop.
The first floor was fitted with GP consultation rooms, reception and waiting room.
Also on the first floor: Dentist offices with reception and waiting room, several consultation rooms, store room and plant room.
The top floor consists of a specialist spa, hairdressing salon, 10 individual treatment rooms, hydrotherapy room, massage facilities and relaxation areas.
