Description: The Belvilla project included extension and a complete reconfiguration of the existing internal spaces for the 50 elderly residents of the facility. The property required upgrading to meet HIQA Nursing Home Standards of 2016.
The accommodation upgrade for all 50 residents included bedrooms, toilet and shower facilities, communal areas, and administration areas. The Day Care Facility was also completely renovated and included relocation of the plant room, services, covered waste area and associated landscaping.
External works included widening of the road, and changes to the vehicular entrance at South Circular Road.
